At Tokyo Knives, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our blades. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Securely

  Carefully place the knife in its original wooden saya or gift box, ensuring the blade is protected, and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with the original padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths verify the item is in its original, unused condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
